- You may request a return/refund within 30 calendar days after delivery (in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive). 

- Returns beyond this period cannot be accepted (exceptions may apply please contact us).

1. Product defects: Breakage, discoloration, loose components, or craftsmanship flaws. 

2. Significant mismatch: Material/color differs substantially from website descriptions/images. 

3. Wrong/missing items: Received product doesnt match your order. 

4. No-reason returns (EU Right of Withdrawal): You may return items within 14 days of delivery if unused and intact.

 

  Non-Returnable Items 

- Customized products: Engraved or size-adjusted accessories. 

- Earrings: Opened earrings for hygiene reasons (defects excluded). 

- Human damage: Improper use, modification, or accidental damage. 

- Missing tags/packaging: Original packaging, security tags, or certificates affecting resale value.

2. Authorization 

   Well review within 48 hours and email the result. 

   If approved, youll receive a Return Authorization Code (RMA) and a return address (in China Mainland). 

 

3. Ship Back 

   Use a trackable service (e.g., DHL, EMS) and keep the tracking number! 

   Attach the RMA code visibly unlabeled returns may be rejected. 

 

4. Refund Processing 

   Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

- Tags attached, unused, and free of stains/perfume. 

- For valuables (e.g., jade, silver): Insure your shipment. Lost items are the senders responsibility.
